  The Good;
  The rooms and facility is clean. Staff is freindly and very accomidating. The location is near some great restaurants and bars (easily within walking distance)
  
  The Bad;
  Only one parking spot per suite (even for ones with multiple rooms) additional parking is $20/night or across the street.
  Only two keys available per suite
  While clean, rooms are well used. Bed is worn, saggy, lumpy pillows.
  No air conditioning in units. There are fans in the rooms but they are noisy, poorly placed and off balance.
  Conference room is not air conditioned, narrow, no fans.
  Directly beside the railway tracks. Trains are very common, and sound like they are going through your room (especially when the windows are all open due to heat)
  Hot tub was out of service for the four days we stayed.
